Miro Forestry Ghana Limited is a sustainable forestry plantation developer and manufacturer of timber products. The company has its offices located at Drobonso, Sekyere Afram Plains District in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, with plantations near Agogo and Mampong.
We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the positions below:
1 . Cost Accountant
- Firstly, responsible for the preparation of Sales Tax invoices for customers or clients
- Secondly, update and maintain the asset register and verify physical assets
- Thirdly, responsible for preparing stamped dispatched notes for all vehicles for plywood delivery
- Also, responsible for keeping an accurate filing system for all company customers or clients for accessibility
- Moreso, responsible for the preparation of a monthly statement of accounts for all company customers

2 . Human Resource Officer
- To begin with, assist in compiling monthly department report
- Secondly, effective monitoring of the Clocking system at all locations
- Furthermore, support in the completion of job application materials and documentation and preparation of employment interviews and tests
- Also, welcome new employees to the organization by ensuring the necessary procedures are performed and conducting orientation (Medicals and induction)
- Besides that, ensure the administration staff welfare, medicals, benefits, programs, and events
- Again, maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data

3 . Workshop Supervisor
- First and foremost, control of work allocation and subordinates
- Secondly, workshop housekeeping
- Also, workshop equipment and tools control
- Report problems and incidents concerning vehicles and equipment to the Technical manager/senior silviculture forester/general manager
- Safety of workshop staff and safe working conditions

4 . Occupational Health and Safety Officer
- Design and develop an occupational health & safety management plan (OHSMP)
- Actively work towards the company’s achievement of FSC certification
- Health and safety management system
- Incident, accident, and near Miss Management
- Road Safety Management

5 . Truck Drivers / Skogger Operator / Bell Tractor Operators
- Experience in agricultural and farm work
- Tractor/machinery driving experience
- Applicant must be physically fit
- Excellent operating skills
