ROLE: Part-Time Assistant

Position Description
The school is looking for a Part-Time Assistant (25 hours per month) to help the school Board of Directors with administrative tasks. The chosen candidate will operate under the direction of the Board Chair and will be required to attend and take minutes at all Board/Committee meetings, which are held on a predefined schedule between the hours of 7.30 a.m. and 8.30 p.m.
Required Qualifications or Experience
- Practice taking minutes.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an administrator is required.
- The ability to work with little supervision.
- Time management abilities must be demonstrated.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Outstanding organizational abilities.
- Based on previous roles, demonstrate the capacity to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent IT abilities, particularly with Google Suite.
