ROLE TITLE: Stores Manager
Primary responsibilities:
- Material storage in RM/WIP and rejection shops, as well as the issue and receipt of material from and to the stores.
- Maintaining store operations, bin cards, stock ledges, and FIFO/LIFO systems.
- Receiving items from multiple suppliers, confirming them against purchase orders, and so forth.
- Check the quality of the things received and their packing; file a complaint in case of problems and return rejected goods; keep correct paperwork.
- Identifying the correct store location of the various objects and storing them according to the storage instructions.
- All documentation must be sent to accounts payable and other relevant departments for payment, taxes, and other purposes.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- To segregate scrap and arrange for disposal.
- Preparation of weekly / monthly MIS reports as required by management, and ensuring that all store activities are carried out as specified.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organizational skills, self-directed, self-motivated.
- Experience working with SAP MM and reporting teams.

Educational Qualifications
- Categories: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma
- Specialization: Art, Art Studies/General, Commerce, Science Degree: Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc).
