POSITION: Regional Quality Manager
GBfoods offers culinary solutions in Europe and Africa with prominent local brands such as Jumbo, Gallina Blanca, Erasco, Gino, Liebig, Star, Bama, D&L, Grand’Italia, and Blå Band, among others.

We are now looking for a Regional Quality Manager to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for co-developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring regional regulatory compliance.

Role Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain procedures and systems at all manufacturing facilities to ensure adherence to business standards and industry laws.
- Execute quality strategies at the regional level in accordance with company goals.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects to increase product and service quality.
- Collaborate with site quality managers to develop and implement best practices and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure the timely completion of indicated remedial measures.
- Ensure the growth and training of qualified professionals in the region.
- Collaborate with regional operations, production, and supply chain teams to incorporate quality considerations throughout all processes.
- Track and analyze client feedback and satisfaction data.
- Implement plans to address consumer problems and increase overall satisfaction.
- Stay current on changes in area regulatory standards.
- Prepare and deliver frequent reports on regional quality performance to senior management.
- Analyze data to find patterns, areas for improvement, and ways to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in quality management, preferably in a regional capacity.
- Strong understanding of quality principles and processes (such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing).
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software (recommended).
- Language: Fluent in English with a decent understanding of French.
- Travel is projected to be regional (at least 20%).
- Ability to work flexible hours.
