Job Description.
- Keeping financial records.
- Managing accounts payable and receivables.
- Checking invoices.
- Resolving accounts in the general ledger.
- Contacting clients regarding transactions and invoicing.
- Handling account-related queries.
- Prepare and review ledger balances and monthly accounts.
- Completing corporate tax returns
Qualifications & Experience
- HND
- Proven experience as an Account Officer.
- Capable of working effectively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Has a strong attention to detail.
Job Description
- Greeting clients, addressing their queries, directing them to things, and offering advice or recommendations.
- Controlling scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronic devices.
- Balancing the cash register and creating reports for credit and debit sales.
- Accepting payments, confirming that all pricing and amounts are correct, and providing a receipt to each customer.
- Handling refunds and exchanges and addressing complaints.
- To guarantee safe transportation, bag or wrap purchases.
- Following all store policies on coupons, gift cards, and the purchase of specified commodities, such as alcohol or cigarettes.
- Keeping a clean workspace.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or degree.
- Previous experience in customer service or as a cashier.
- The ability to process transactions accurately and responsibly.
- High degree of energy and excellent customer service skills.
- Basic mathematical and computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- A helpful and courteous approach to complaint resolution.
Location: Accra.
