Position Description
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical data from source documents within time constraints.
- Compile, verify accuracy, and organize information according to priorities in order to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, rectify any incompatibilities if possible, and validate output.
- Use data program techniques and procedures to generate reports, save completed work in designated areas, and backup data.
- Scan documents and print files as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of information
2. Administrative Secretary
Position Description
- Write letters, reports, memos, forms, and schedules
- Write reports and give presentations
- As needed, participate in and manage special projects.
- Writing and disseminating reports and papers
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, as well as coordinating conference rooms for assistance
- Keeping track of department inventories and supplies
- Phone answering and directing
- Making management reports and completing secretarial duties
