Job Roles & Responsibilities:
The duties that the candidate will be responsible for
- Operating cooking equipment, preparing food, mixing ingredients, ensuring food quality, maintaining food preparation areas clean, and serving orders.
- Must know how to cook both continental and intercontinental dishes
Requirements and Skills
- Must know how to cook both continental and local dishes
- Thorough knowledge of the full range of food preparation principles, techniques, and procedures in a restaurant setting
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Must possess SSCE/WASSCE NVTI certificate or certificate of equivalency
- Must have a valid food hygiene certificate
