Position: IT OFFICER
ROLE DESCRIPTION

For this reason, we are looking for an IT Officer who will collaborate with our IT Infrastructure Team Lead to drive excellence in our organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide 1st Level Support to all IT Infrastructure-related issues.
- Design, Implementation, and Administration of physical security solutions including CCTV and electric fence systems
- Provide and deploy IT and Network equipment.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Manage assets including maintenance of all IT inventory, and life cycle management documentation. and related
- Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or
- Computer Science is required.
- Strong proficiency in physical security systems.
- Minimum working experience of 3 years in Information Technology
- Strong proficiency in IT products such as Palo Alto, Microsoft Windows Server OS, LenovoCisco, etc.
- Strong proficiency in IT outsourcing and vendor management.
- Strong proficiency in networking and end-user computing.
- Professional Certification in at least CCNA will be an added advantage.
