Job Vacancy For I.T Officer

Job Description

• Firstly, responding to breakdowns
• Secondly, installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more
• Thirdly, planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Moreover, investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Additionally, agreeing call-out timescales
• Then, obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• Also, repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Afterwards, supervising junior engineering and technical staff
• Last but not least, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• Finally, checking computer equipment for electrical safety

Qualification Required & Experience

• Sound technical knowledge about IT, security of systems and latest developments in the field
• Excellent management, organization and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent observation and analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong accounting and mathematical abilities
• Diploma or higher

Location: Odorkor, Accra
