Position: Material Requirement Planner

Nestlé Ghana is looking for a Material Requirement Planner to work at our Tema Factory. This person will make sure that there are enough materials to meet the needs of the production plans within the cost limits that have been agreed upon. He or she will make sure that Suppliers are paid on time so that there are no delays in the sale of goods.
One Day in the Life.
- Make an optimized plan for restocking raw materials and packaging materials for the next 18 months. This plan should make sure that materials are available for production and that the working capital goals for raw materials and packaging materials are met.
- Monitor the availability of materials to make sure that needs are met within the agreed-upon budget, and let the stakeholders know about any possible problems (shortages, aging, write-offs, etc.).
- Using MRP purchase requisitions, monitor supply signals to make sure delivery dates, lead times, and necessary quantities are correct. Then, create purchase orders and make sure the supplier fulfills them.
- Manage the delivery of materials directly with the stated supplier based on how much space is available. This includes making, sending, confirming, and getting invoices, looking into errors and discrepancies on invoice lines that are blocked or parked, and taking care of any problems that come up during these operations, such as claims management.
