ROLE: Payable Analyst
JOB PURPOSE
The selected applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all bills are properly validated, obtaining relevant approvals, and processing payments. He/she will assist in balancing and reporting payables and concurred expenses that occurred within particular time periods. The position reports to the Accounts Payable Manager.
Role-Specific Requirements
- Assists with the end-to-end reconciliation of backlog vendor accounts for all vendor segments.
- Ensures that PO receipt and GRIR reconciliation are performed in accordance with policy.
- Follows up on all concur backlogs that have yet to be retired and makes sure the backlog is clean.
- Shares a weekly report on the status of all vendor reconciliations.

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective stakeholder management.
- Experience in a multicultural work setting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in accounting and finance.
- A partial or full ACCA, CA, or CIMA qualification is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
