Job Title: Real Estate / Facilities Officer
Duties
- Take care of everything about assigned items.
- Arrange upkeep and ensure standards are met.
- Keep your relationships with stakeholders and occupants good and useful.
- Take care of accounts receivable and running costs.
- Use the best methods, processes, and standards when running a real estate business.
- Make real estate business budgets, reports, and comments about money.
- Dealing with maintenance problems that have been mentioned and making sure they are fixed.
- Making sure everything is in order by doing regular checks on homes and buildings.
- Giving regular information and reports, as well as making suggestions that make sense.
- Is in charge of finding, analyzing, making suggestions for, and carrying out major maintenance or remodeling jobs.
Needed Qualifications and Experience
- Must hold an HND or Degree in land management.
- Must have three to five years of experience in real estate and managing properties.
- Proven experience working in real estate and managing properties.
- Fully understand the business side of real estate and property management.
- A deep understanding of all the rules and laws that apply to real estate and property management.
- Knowledge of MS Office and other related databases and programs.
- Focus on the customer and the bottom line.
- Be good with people and have good conversation and presentation skills.
- Very organized and good at keeping track of time.
- Good problem-solving skills so that when problems come up, you can come up with good answers.
- Have great organizational skills so that you can run various properties well.
- The ability to get along well with both owners and renters.
- Have great customer service skills so that both management and residents can get the help and service they need.
Location: Accra.
