Job Title: Marketing Manager
We are searching for a talented, hands-on marketer to help us expand our brand in Ghana. You will collaborate with our Regional Marketing Manager and the HQ team to find new riders, eaters, restaurants, drivers, and couriers.
Please keep in mind that this is a full-time, permanent position.

About the Position
As a Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of developing and executing local marketing initiatives ranging from amusing social media stunts to long-term strategic marketing plans.
We’re searching for someone who has a strong desire to move things forward while also being intrigued about new high-ROI channels of engagement for thousands of individuals.
Responsibilities
Your daily experiences will include the following:
- Increase the visibility of the Bolt and Bolt Food brands in Ghana.
- Establish quarterly marketing strategy for all pertinent business lines.
- Convert high-level corporate objectives into tangible, quantifiable marketing tactics for acquisition and retention.
- Oversee the Facebook and Instagram social media content calendars.
- Be in charge of local events and event partnerships in order to boost brand presence in Ghana.
- Analyze our advertising activity by assisting in the discovery of the most effective messaging and imagery.
- Understand the customer lifecycle and find chances for growth and retention.
- Examine and evaluate the effectiveness of all local marketing operations.
Qualifications Required
- 4 or more years of marketing experience
- Experience with social media tactics and content creation Experience with marketing ideation and planning Know your C-s (CPM, CAC, and CPA are terms you should be familiar with)
- Proven experience creating and managing brand agreements
- Basic familiarity with design software such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, and others.
- Excellent copywriting abilities in both English and Spanish.
- Any knowledge of other Ghanaian languages is advantageous.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and good teamwork skills
- Tracking and assessing campaign performance using a data-driven and customer-centric approach
