ROLE: GH – HR Operations Specialist

Human Operations Specialist is a job description.
- As needed, it contributes to continuous recruiting activities, maintains human resource records by preserving applications, CVs, and applications, and verifies candidates’ backgrounds by contacting references.
- Responds to HR-related inquiries inside the organization
- Enroll new employees by distributing forms and contracts and checking their fulfillment.
- Assists with the administration of employee benefits
- Legal issues are avoided by adhering to legal regulations.
- Maintains manager and employee trust by keeping human resources information private.
- Completes related outcomes as needed to fulfill the human resources and organizational missions.
- Maintains employee information.
- Schedules appointments keeps track of calendars, copies files, and inserts data onto computer systems
- Enters or modifies personnel data in the HRIS system.
- Keeps administrative and personnel files.
Enrolls and de-registers employees in IT, finance, and human resources systems. - Prepares contracts and offer letters for new employees.
- Recruits and trains temporary employees by delivering requirements and criteria to temporary services, offering information and directives, and managing their onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration.
- Works with the department on a regular basis to streamline HR processes and strengthen internal policies.
