Role: Estate Officer At Regional Maritime University
JOB OBJECTIVE
To make sure that the University’s facilities are all properly maintained.
DUTIES
- Make sure that every facility, including the plumbing, electrical, and other systems, is in good operating order.
- Take fast action on routine maintenance of University facilities. Guarantee the upkeep of a clean campus in the learning environment.
- Compile and submit periodic reports on the unit, evaluate subordinate personnel
- Be sure that any small repairs are done right away.
- Then, keep an asset register.
- Lastly, perform any additional tasks that may occasionally be allocated.
Necessary Education and Experience
- A good first degree in a related field, or its equivalent, and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience after receiving your degree. A benefit is belonging to a professional body.
Other Qualities Or Requirements
- Must be capable of acting as a supervisor
- Very effective interpersonal communication abilities
- High sense of responsibility and honesty are required. Report writing skills are also required.
- Able to work without any oversight
- Team player
