Job Title: Production Manager
Publicis West Africa (PWA) is a regional hub that is very important. English, French, and Portuguese are the major languages that the agency works in. There are also a number of local dialects in the shops where we work. But it’s important to know that all communication within the Publicis network offices, both in person and via email, is done in English. The person in this job will be in charge of the agency’s finances in Ghana.
They should keep an eye on the big picture to make sure the money is used in the best way possible. Their acts have a direct effect on the agency’s income, growth, and reputation.
Job Description:
- Make sure that the production process and all related paperwork are followed to the letter.
- Make sure production goes smoothly by following the plan.
- Make sure things get done on time and according to the agreed-upon release dates and briefs.
- Make sure there are good relationships with teams, clients, and PHs both inside and outside the company.
- After each production, you must write a report with what you learned and what you think should be done.
- Plan productions well based on the given account portfolio.
- Find and manage suppliers, costs, and quotes, as well as plan and schedule output.
- Work closely with the people in charge of each category and their bosses.
- Talk with third-party providers in the area and on the African continent
- Make sure you have good relationships with your providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar field
- 3 to 5 years of proven work in the Film, Television, Media, Marketing, Advertising, and Broadcasting industries.
- Focused on solutions and deadlines.
- Active, excited, and ready to “go the extra mile.”
- Careful and focused on the little thing
- Flexible enough to work outside of regular office hours (if and when overtime is needed).
