Position: Guest House Manager
Ghana Institute of Linguistics, Literacy, and Bible Translation (GILLBT), a Ghanaian Christian non-governmental and mission organization that promotes language development, literacy, and Bible translation, is seeking mature Christians with a call from God and management skills to join their hospitality unit.
Responsibilities:
- Manages Guest House operations daily.
- Manage sales and costs.
- Maintain precise income-expenditure accounts
- Manages budgets.
- Annual subordinate performance reviews, career planning, and development
- Promote GILLBT and its products and guesthouse.
- Ensure legal compliance and continuous quality improvement
- Guest house safety and security.
- Reporting
- The guest house may require additional duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management
- 2–5 years of equivalent experience Acceptance of GILLBT’s faith Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities
- Marketing prowess
- Good negotiator
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Result-oriented
- Self-assured
- Administrative skills Sales projections for profitability
- Organization and planning
- Excellent client service Team leadership
- Professionalism
