Job Description:
- Look into and use effective marketing methods, such as Social Media, E-Commerce, etc., to improve the facility’s products and services for all customers, which will make the business more profitable.
- Must have good communication skills and be creative to talk to current and potential clients and come up with ways to promote the facility’s products and services that meet the needs of those clients.
- Must be persuasive and diplomatic when doing tasks or jobs, and take the initiative to present findings and ideas.
- Keep an eye on and analyze both the market trends and the products and services of your competitors.
- Must come up with creative marketing plans to get the facility’s name out there and bring people in.
- Must have the skills to run social media marketing campaigns, including: • Making content that will attract customers, clients, and fans.
- Talk to potential customers, clients, and fans in a positive way. • Keep an eye on social media trends in terms of apps, channels, tools, strategies, etc.
- Be a spokesperson for the facility to build a strong online presence by networking, influencing, and selling the brand of the facility.
- Keep getting more fans and customers to come to the venue.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least an HND in marketing.
- At least two years of experience.
- Preferably work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Must have excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Must be creative and able to think critically.
- Must have strong social media marketing experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, etc.
