Job Description.
GreenPark Properties is looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their team. A professional who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere and is dedicated to acquiring new clients, generating leads, projecting sales, and closing sales transactions for our inexpensive, elegant units in three different Accra locations. An experienced individual in the real estate industry with a strong understanding of all facets of marketing, who works well under pressure and things outside the box to meet and exceed corporate objectives. A team player with strong Microsoft abilities who can turn new prospects and leads into clients.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
- Plan and attend client viewings.
- Attend every Real Estate Expo, Forum, and Meeting to get new clients.
- Contacting clients and potential customers by phone, email, and in-person.
- Addressing and resolving client inquiries and complaints.
- Creating and preparing SPAs, Offer Letters, and Contracts for client sales
- Carrying on the sales process with the specific sales software.
- Creating and managing customer relationship management data
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Generating leads and contacting potential clients.
- Attend locations for progression updates and notify clients.
- Submit ideas and suggestions for the quarterly newsletter.
- Complete all work trackers and sales reports.
- Contribute to the design of all marketing materials, including flyers and posters.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients, develop rapport, and understand their needs.
- Research competitors’ marketing strategy, pricing, and trends.
- Complete all administrative duties to support the job role.
- Carry out any additional jobs or tasks as required.
Required Skill or Experience
- At least 5 years of sales and marketing expertise in the real estate sector with an established track record.
- Must hold a degree in marketing or communication from a recognized university.
- Effective communication skills and relationship management
- Being technically proficient is a plus.
