Role Title: Manager, Legal Services
The Authority wants to hear from suitable people who are interested in applying for the job in its Legal and International Relations Department.
Job Function
Under the general direction of the Senior Manager of Legal Services, the person who gets the job will make sure that all of the functions and tasks listed below are done:
Job Description
- Coordinate Air Transport activities between the Department and the Department of Economic Regulation and Business Development.
- Help the Authority negotiate Air Services Agreements.
- Represent the Authority in court and other quasi-judicial forums.
- Prepare and review various legal documents.
- Advise all the other departments on legal issues.
- Start legal action and represent the Authority in court.
- Help prepare Dir.
Needed Qualifications and Experience
- Have an LLB from a recognized university;
- Have a post-call certificate (BL);
- Have a pupillage certificate from a registered legal chamber;
- Be a working lawyer with at least 4 years of post-call experience.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Location: Accra.
