POSITION: Sales Executive
The Cash Van Sales part of FMCG company DH Industries Ltd is looking to hire sales reps. The cash van sales executive finds, builds, closes, and manages cash-based business possibilities in a certain area. They are responsible for meeting aggressive sales goals, revenue goals, and sales goals in their own target areas. Find sales opportunities for DH Industries’ services with current and future customers, as well as come up with sales plans that can be used with different kinds of customers.
Responsibilities
- Uses strong arguments to promote and sell goods to both current and potential customers.
- Make, grow, and keep good ties with business partners and customers.
- Making daily visits to sell and send products.
- Sell only for cash to current and potential customers using the approved price list and invoice.
- Quickly solve customer problems and issues to keep them as happy as possible.
- Meet the agreed-upon sales goals and results on time.
- Work with your team and other areas to coordinate sales efforts.
- Look at the potential of the territory or market and keep track of sales and progress reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and the potential for new goods and services.
- Get feedback to keep getting better
Requirements
- It would be helpful to have experience selling FMCG.
- Applicants must have a diploma in marketing or an area related to it.
- Applicants must live in Accra or nearby.
- Relationships between business people that work well.
- Very goal-oriented and driven.
- Good at selling, communicating, and negotiating.
- Able to set priorities, handle time, and organize things.
