Overview of the Role
The Marketing and Sales Manager will be critical in driving our marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition;
- Oversee the creation of content for various channels, including the website, social media, email, and PII for our products;
- Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to increase website visibility lead generation; and
- Use data analytics to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Keep up with current marketing trends in Ghana’s locally manufactured pharmaceuticals business.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- A Master’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline is required.
- Membership in a recognized professional marketing association (e.g., the Chartered Institute of Marketing) is preferred.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, either B2B or B2C
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Solid knowledge of web analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and project management skills

- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally

- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
