Role: JUNIOR MANAGER – DIFFERENTIATION PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION (M/F/D)

ABOUT THE JOB

1. Co-packing with external warehouses in DACH and coming up with new, cost-effective solutions for all categories
2. Day-to-day order preparation management and control in the warehouses
3. Tracking KPIs and coming up with action plans independently with the warehouse to improve performance
4. Build strong relationships with the different external warehouses, making sure there is high transparency and being proactive to find short-term and long-term bottlenecks in co-packing activities.
5. For a new co-packing request, the Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams need a business partner.
6. Creating smart co-packing solutions that take into account marketing goals, cost, legal, safety, and customer needs
7. Strong stakeholder management and leading co-packing projects to improve process and cost efficiency

ABOUT YOU

• Engineering (technical) or business administration degree from college
• First experience in the Supply Chain area.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to make friends and work well with people from other departments.
• Open, interested, dependable, Enthusiastic, willing to take charge, able to challenge, and a team player.
• Practical, Lean thinking, a mindset of continuous improvement, and easy to understand.
• High level of confidence in dealing with hard problems and solving them
• You should be able to speak and write German and English well (French is a plus).
