A well-known international business is looking for a Solutions Analyst.
Job Purpose
The person who gets the job will be in charge of coming up with digital solutions for the trade team and using the available systems to look at data and give useful insights for making decisions. He or she needs to have a lot of experience with web creation, Excel, and data analytics. Reports to the Sales Operations Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Helps with the day-to-day running of internal and external processes.
- Works with developers, business analysts, and project managers on cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create complete solutions.
- User acceptance testing is done, and the person also helps with the release and use of solutions that have been made.
- Visits shops and dealer operations offices in a planned way.
- Analyzes data from different sources, such as customer behavior, sales, and market trends, to find ways to improve processes and bring in more money.
- Writes SQL searches to get data from databases and change it, making sure that the data is correct and accurate.
Skills or Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar area.
- Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience as a web developer and a strong understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Strong SQL querying skills to get info out of databases and change it.
- Having experience in the field of telecommunications is a plus.
- Tools for showing data, like Tableau or Power BI, should be known.
- For data processing and analysis, you need to know how to use scripting languages like Python.
- Having worked in a similar job or business before.
- Must be ready to go places.
Person Specific Requirements
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain complicated technical information to stakeholders who are both technical and not technical.
- Accuracy and careful thought.
- Excellent skills at organizing, doing more than one thing at once, and managing time.
- Strong skills in analyzing and fixing problems.
- Exposure to a workplace with people from different backgrounds.
