IRC Ghana Invites Job Applications
IRC Ghana is looking for qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following positions.
1. Finance Manager
Required Qualification
- Professional accounting certification CA, ACCA, or other equivalent advanced qualification will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge and expertise with MS Excel and enterprise resources and planning (ERP) software such as Exact (Synergy and Glube)
- Knowledge of Ghana’s financial management systems and procedures will be advantageous
- Proactive, hands-on approach with good analytical and reporting abilities
- Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a multicultural environment and incorporate enforcement
- English fluency, both vocally and in writing
2. Programme Officer – Wash
Required Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree is required, along with three years of relevant professional experience; an additional qualification is preferred.
- Good basic knowledge and understanding of the main concepts and trends in the water, sanitation, and hygiene (Wash) sector
- Relevant experience in research (Design, data analysis, and report writing) and policy analysis
- Proven field work coordination experience
- Fluent in English and one local language and good writing skills
- Willing to work in a district and travel nationally
- Knowledge of project management will be advantageous.
