ROLE: Client Service Consultant

Position Description
This function is personally responsible for supporting a variety of clients by phone or in person, in accordance with business, process, and compliance regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Customers and intermediaries should be served via phone and in person.
- Maintain daily production standards and service and quality requirements.
- Follow all business, process, and compliance regulations.
- Establish and maintain ties with other departments, intermediates, and sales representatives.
- Manage customer connections in person or over the phone.
- Performs quality checks on one’s own work and follows service and quality standards.
- Effectively collaborate with others to achieve business outcomes.
- Inform clients with requirements and procedures, as well as contribute to other areas such as client feedback or queries.
- General office administration duties include follow-ups, client call-backs, and policy adjustments.
- Customer complaints and inquiries are managed and resolved.
Skills, qualifications, and experience are required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an approved tertiary institution is required.
- Outstanding written and oral communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal connection management abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship skills
- Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Results-oriented
