Our local Hilti partner team in Kumasi, Ghana is seeking experienced Account Managers that can travel to serve our Mining clients. The successful team member will own Hilti’s market share in the **country region** and grow profitable sales.

The role involves what?
You will own the assigned territory to develop sales by using all components of our sales process to assess, implement, and control opportunities to meet the stated territory or market segment targets.
You will also work well with partners, contractors, system integrators, and end users, manage and grow key products in the sales territory by targeting the right customer groups, and successfully introduce new products. To grow profitably, you will cover buying and potential consumers in the customer platform.
You will competently demonstrate, service, train, and test Hilti products. To be successful, you must understand the market and its players, so you will receive monthly updates on competition, market pricing levels, new launches, seminars, new outlets, quality issues, and product deliveries.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- An agile problem-solver with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Dedicated to learning and succeeding, with a dynamic sales style and a winning, high-performance mindset.
- Diploma/degree completed. (Preferred: Civil/Mechanical Engineering degree)
- 3–5 years of relevant sales/direct technical sales expertise in mining or construction/heavy duty.
- Multilingual skills as needed. Written and spoken English proficient.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excel, PPT and MS Office proficient
- Strong motivation to fulfill performance goals.
- Agile problem-solving with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Business-savvy and team-oriented.
- Willingness to travel frequently if needed.
- Valid local driving licence
