Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will join as a Direct sales supervisor in the sales and distribution department.
  • He or she will help the Regional Sales Manager reach activation and sales goals. Also, by following the company’s rules and policies, (s)he will keep improving how well the business is doing now and in the future.
  • The Direct Sales Supervisor will build team spirit based on the company’s values, encourage innovation, and make sure that the whole operation is focused on the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow businesses in assigned regions by hiring and managing mobile agents.
  • Give technical feedback on activation problems.
  • Send reports to the Direct Sales/Regional Manager.
  • Make sure BTL activities happen on time and report on the results.
  • Make a monthly activation and BTL schedule and follow it.
  • Look for business/activation opportunities in the market. Recruit Points of Activation
  • Prepare and send monthly itinerary on the last Friday of every (current) month
  • Prepare daily route before going out on the field/market and send daily visitation tracker
  • Hold daily morning meetings with the team and agree on the plan for the day

Needed Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree from a reputable college or university with a focus on marketing or a Higher National Diploma (HND) from a business field related to marketing.
  • At least two years of experience in Sales and Distribution, preferably in FMCG, and a background in running a business.
  • Skill with IT programs like Microsoft Office, etc.
  • It is important to be able to speak and write English in a clear and concise way.
  • Good at planning and keeping track of time. Good at getting things done and giving reports.
  • You must have a valid driver’s license and a clean record as a driver.
