Social Enterprise Ghana is looking for qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions:
1. Female QuickBooks Entry Officer
Job Description.
Social Enterprise Ghana has this post to fill, to execute a five-year initiative aimed at fostering dignified and rewarding occupations in the agribusiness sector, specifically in agro technical and vocational skills development for young people, especially young girls. Female QuickBooks Entry Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Project management team with financial reports and entries
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory compliance issues, such as tax filing and SSNIT.
- Reconciliation of bank statements.
Required Skill or Experience
- First degree in accounting.
- 3 years’ experience with Quickbooks and Excel
- Working experience in an NGO or small business support environment.
2. Female Accountant with NGO Experience

Roles and Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and analyse budgets and forecasts while maintaining compliance with programming strategies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit all financial reporting documentation required by Social Enterprise Ghana and partners in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor the monies disbursed to TVET training centres, hubs, and partner organizations.
Required Skill or Experience
- 10 years or more of responsible experience handling the finances of local non-governmental organizations or commercial networks.
- A master’s degree, particularly in accounting and finance, plus professional certifications such as ACCA or CA.
- Excellent accounting software skills, including Quickbooks, Sage, and Tally.
