Job Description.
Impact Life Insurance Limited is searching for skilled and competent candidates to work as Sales Executives.
Locations: include Accra, Takoradi, Tema, Kumasi, Hohoe, Sogakope, Tamale, Sunyani, Techiman, Nkawkaw, Koforidua, and Konongo.
Responsibilities:
- Setting sales objectives and creating sales strategy.
- Prospecting and creating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing consumers via phone, email, and in person.
- Responding to consumer queries, requests, and complaints.
- Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
- Managing the sales process with specific software tools.
- Create and administer a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Participating in sales meetings.
Required Skill or Experience
Education
- Diploma/WASSCE/SSSCE holders must be 22 years of age or older.

Impact Life Insurance Limited Company was founded in Ghana on June 6, 2024, after Uhuru Investment Partners merged Phoenix Life Assurance and Ghana Union Assurance Life (GUA Life) in February 2022. The merger of these two organizations was designed to meet Ghanaians’ changing insurance demands.
Ghana Union Assurance Life (GUA Life) was formed from GUA’s life portfolio after the 2006 Insurance Act, Act 724. It was incorporated on February 26, 2007, and opened on March 4, 2008. GUA Life was ideally located to offer multiple corporate, group, and retail life insurance products. High-quality, inexpensive, and customized life insurance solutions were its goal. GUA Life was Ghana’s 17th largest life insurer.
Phoenix Life Assurance became a limited liability company on March 3, 2007, under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992). The company aimed to be a global financial services leader in life insurance underwriting. It has grown as a life insurance company servicing consumers, staff, and shareholders. It should grow and serve a greater role now. Not only that, but it was Ghana’s 10th largest life insurer.
