ROLE: Sales Executives
Position Description
Impact Life Insurance Limited Company is searching for skilled and experienced individuals to work as Sales Executives.
Responsibilities
- Setting sales goals and implementing sales strategy.
- Prospect research and lead generation.
- Making phone, email, and in-person calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handling client requests, questions, and complaints.
- Quotes and proposals must be prepared and sent.
- Using specific software packages to manage the sales process
- Creating and managing a CRM database
- Meeting sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Attending sales team meetings.
Required Qualifications or Experience
Education
- Diploma/WASSCE/SSSCE holders must be at least 22 years old.
- Networking Capabilities
- Advantages of Good Presentation Skills
