POSITION: Marketing Officer
Bonafide (Quality Frozen Food) is a family-owned and operated firm that specializes in the procurement and distribution of frozen meat, poultry, and fish products.
Our primary distribution hub is in Ghana, West Africa, and we have various outlets throughout the country to satisfy both wholesale and retail consumers. We acquire products from all around the world with specific customer requirements in mind, and we ensure that each product is of the highest quality at the most inexpensive price.
What will you do – responsibilities?
- Adding new customers and enhancing existing customer satisfaction. Developing projects to create loyal customers.
- Evaluating the market in terms of goods, price, and technology. Creating innovative ideas based on market dynamics and trends, Conducting studies to support the company’s marketing strategies
- Conducting market research, analysing competitors, and generating sales-enhancing marketing programs through competitive analysis.
- Researching avenues to boost brand awareness and annual sales. Organize participation and prepare all marketing resources.
- Monitor the industry’s market process, do research on competitors, and submit findings.
- Making periodic reports to management about marketing processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably a university degree in business management or marketing.
- Requirements for this position include excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Twi,
- knowledge of the frozen food industry,
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development,
- an active driving licence,
- analytical skills,
- attention to detail,
- teamwork,
- confidence in exceeding sales quotas,
- strong networking, negotiation, and relationship building skills, and
- the ability to work well under pressure.
Location: Tema Community 2.
