ROLE: Logistics Assistant / Icums Personnel

Job Description.
- Receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure that the proper quantity and type of stock are delivered.
- Sign delivery notes when receiving shipments.
- Taking note of suitable practices for managing stock, especially when fragile
- Unpacking and putting products on shelves as needed.
- We prepare our clients’ orders by gathering and loading stock.
- Maintaining the facility’s cleanliness, hygienic conditions, and organization.
- Report all breakages and spills.
- During periods of downtime, offer help to other department employees.
Required Skill or Experience
- BSc in business management, logistics, human resources, or a similar discipline.
- 2-3 years’ experience handling multiple priorities.
- Administrative coordination, capacity to multitask, and excellent follow-up skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office) with an oriented mindset.
- Team worker
- Innovative
- Strong communication skills are required, and prior experience at Icums is advantageous.
