Job Title: Service Planner I

Responsibilities
- Creates, updates, and manages SAP sales orders for the Product Service Line (PSL) Service Coordinator under general supervision.
- Tries to reduce the number of days that sales orders are still outstanding.
- Help the Service Coordinators with the order-to-cash process, plant maintenance, and entering data about purchases.
- In charge of committing and balancing the inventory every day.
- Finds and fixes problems with SAP order to cash.
- Work with resource planners to make sure the scheduling board and the way jobs are sent out in SAP are correct.
- Work with the teams in charge of planning resources, plant maintenance, and accounting to fix scheduling problems.
- Creates requisitions when needed and lets you process and move costs to a sales order or MBU.
- Makes standing maintenance orders so that the cost of miscellaneous items can be assigned to a mobile business unit (MBU).
- Most people get their skills from a high school diploma or something similar and two years of experience in PSL.
- Encourages people to think about safety and the environment, and follows all safety and environmental rules and procedures.
- Makes sure that Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) rules and guidelines are followed.
- Promotes and takes part in the process of making things better.
