Scaling Jobs for Women with Technology is a project that aims to make it easier for young women from low-income families to take advantage of digital economic possibilities and close the digital gender gap.
Summary
The Creative Officer is in charge of making sure that all creative content, social media interaction, branding, and raising awareness for Soronko Academy are planned and carried out. They are in charge of making a unified brand identity for the business, which can include logos, website layouts, traditional marketing materials, and interesting content on Social Media.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Help make visual designs for programs, workshops, events, effect stories, and annual reports
- The person in charge of Soronko’s social media sites;
- Then, Spends time learning about the company’s business and finding the right creative answer that guides their business strategy;
- Also, Work with the team to come up with new ideas for Soronko’s branding, marketing communications, and promotional efforts.
- Make movies and photos of the company’s events and programs for use on social media and in its archives;
- Moreover, Create and use marketing plans that are suited to Soronko’s needs.
- Work with the team to make sure that the ideas are the same across all media.
- Knowing what the job needs and what the ideas are. using drawing skills to make drafts. Putting together logos, posters, and user interfaces. Putting forward fresh ideas.
- Working with the team to get work started. Using what other artists say to help you get better.
- Getting projects done on time
- Create engaging logos, designs, print, and digital media
- Keep up with industry and technology standards, social media, your competitors, and market trends.

- Working quickly to meet goals and paying attention to the details is important.
- Excellent at giving talks and talking to people.
- The person who wants to apply should be self-motivated and take the initiative.
- Marketing briefs and tactics that are original and creative
- Punctual and good at keeping track of time
Qualifications
- Plan and work in a creative way; Have good people skills;
