Colgate-Palmolive is seeking to recruit qualified, experienced, and professional individuals for the following positions
1. Junior Key Accounts Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Translating sales strategies into specific operational sales goals (such as pricing, distribution, share of shelf volume, profitability, and market share) and other key performance indicators (KPIs). These include gross to net, margin, forecast accuracy, account inventory levels, day’s sales outstanding, out-of-stock, and promotional performance.
- Make sure that “winning at the shelf” is a top priority for the team and that 5P tactics and demand-generation initiatives are carried out well at the point of sale.
- Make sure that the overall strategies are turned into specific short-term and long-term operational goals and priorities, such as goals for distribution, volume, profitability, and market share.
- Do detailed analyses of trends (such as brand share, pricing, sales in a category, sales of competing products, and promotional activity) and share them with the CDT and Brands team.
Key Responsibilities
- Will have to work under the watch of more experienced workers.
- Will have to do research for the company and keep track of trends in its different departments, such as Customer Development, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Will have to go to different places of work to get hands-on work experience.
- Will be asked to give presentations, which can be used to judge him or her.
- Will have to take a number of tests to figure out if he or she is ready to work.
- Will be expected to keep records for the company and to come up with new ideas for improving the basic conditions of the different functions within the company.
