ROLE: Project Specialist – Subsea Services

Act as a primary middleman to ensure projects go smoothly and efficiently, preventing any complications by monitoring and escalating.
Responsibilities
As a Project Specialist – Subsea Services, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing projects at numerous client work sites, including the actions of employees and subcontractors
- As the primary client contact throughout each project, address specification concerns, handle correspondence, and assure customer satisfaction.
- Working with people from the business unit to collect or provide technical information.
- Handling simple project processes, offering clear production directions, and/or simple human interfaces that require little technical understanding.
- Communicate with internal and external clients and coordinate the submission of internal papers.
- Serving as the principal point of contact for all customers during the project’s implementation.

To succeed in this role, you must:
- Bachelor’s degree (or a high school certificate / GED with at least four years of experience in subsea services).
- Demonstrate relevant experience in oil and gas and subsea engineering.
- Be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, etc.)
- Capable of working and communicating well with others.
