The Full Tuition Torch Scholarship at CCCB is awarded to exceptionally capable individuals who demonstrate both academic potential and a strong commitment to community service. The scholarship is open to both international and domestic students who have applied for and been accepted into a full-time undergraduate degree program at the university.

Additional eligibility criteria include achieving a minimum score of 22 on the ACT exam and maintaining a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. In addition, applicants are required to complete an application, reply to a writing assignment online, and have an interview with the Torch Scholars Committee, either in person or on a virtual platform.

5. Texas Christian University offers scholarships to eligible students
