The scholarship is open to both international and domestic students who have applied for and been accepted into a full-time undergraduate degree program at the university.

Additional eligibility criteria include achieving a minimum score of 22 on the ACT exam and maintaining a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. In addition, applicants are required to complete an application, reply to a writing assignment online, and have an interview with the Torch Scholars Committee, either in person or on a virtual platform.

5. Texas Christian University offers scholarships to eligible students

TCU is a prestigious university in Texas that provides a wide range of scholarship possibilities for both international and domestic students. The scholarships are available for students who wish to enroll in either an undergraduate or graduate degree program at TCU.
