2023 Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship (Fully Funded Trip to Japan)

Apply for the Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship 2023. Free trip to Japan that is fully paid for. The Awaji Youth Fellowship is a 9-month program on Awaji Island where young people live, work, and learn. Japan has an island called Awaji.

This is Japan’s popular Exchange Program, where people from all over the world come together to meet the needs of the Japanese Workplace. Men and women both like to take part in it. The Pasona Group gives money to pay for the fellowship.

Young people between the ages of 24 and 35 who have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or are about to get one can apply for this Fellowship program. The AYF is made up of Lectures, Challenges, and Projects, which are all related to each other.

One goal is to bring people from all over the world together so that they can challenge themselves and improve their skills in a multicultural setting that meets the needs of the Japanese workplace. Below, you can find out more about the Fellowship.

Information on the 2023 Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship (Fully Funded Trip to Japan)

• Host Country: Japan is the host nation.
• Location: Awaji Island
• Duration: Nine months (Begins in September 2023)
• Students eligibility: Bachelor and Master students can apply.
• Coverage of finances: Fully funded
• Date of end: May 31, 2023

Financial Coverage

All costs will be paid for by the Awaji Youth Fellowship for 9 months.

Some of the benefits are:

• Monthly Pay (Base Pay + Overtime): JPY 197,000
• All taxes and fees from the government are paid for.
• Room and board are paid for 9 months.
• The room will have either a Japanese or a Western look.
• Utilities like electricity and Wi-Fi are part of the price.
• There are foods that are Halal, vegetarian, good, and healthy.

The theme and structure of the AYF Fellowship

• Leadership and how to run a project
• New ideas and “intrapreneurship”
• Public Relations and Marketing

The AYF Fellowship is made up of three parts that work together and help each other:

• Self-improvement and Getting Help
• Coming up with ideas for projects and working on them
• Making events

Participants in the AYF Fellowship get a unique chance to try out their skills and interests and get out of their comfort zone. Fellows have the chance to take a break and find out more about themselves in a new country and culture, surrounded by AYF Fellows from all over the world.

Time on the Job

• Work and school five days a week
• After six months of being a Fellow, you can take 10 paid days off.

Criteria for eligibility

• People from any country can apply.
• The best age range is between 24 and 30
• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• A strong desire to help solve society’s problems and work on our projects.
• Hard work, discipline, and caring for others are important core values
• There is no need to show proof of IELTS or any other language test.

Deadline

If you want a trip that is fully paid for. The deadline to apply for the Awaji Youth Federation Fellowship 2023 is May 31, 2023.

• Fellowship Begins in September
