Program Synopsis:

The Trinity Leadership Fellows Program 2024 offers a special chance for everyone around the globe to pursue education at no cost. This fully funded program is dedicated to developing leaders from a variety of racial, religious, and national backgrounds, with an emphasis on using faith-based initiatives to address community concerns.

In addition to developing enduring supportive peer and mentor relationships, participants in the Trinity Leadership Fellows Program aim to enhance the faith-inspired and values-driven mindsets and abilities necessary to successfully lead businesses and serve communities in modern society.

This fully funded, non-residential program will give ordained leaders from various faith traditions, as well as business and community leaders who identify as people of faith, the mindsets and practical abilities required to enliven and empower their congregations and communities in ways that heal divisions and challenge injustice, driven by the Spirit and the Gospel.

Through the program, fellows will have the chance to learn from renowned Harvard academics, experts in their fields, and mentors who share a commitment to faith and Trinity’s fundamental principles. Fellows will form enduring bonds with like-minded individuals who are passionate about faith-driven leadership that transforms our world.

The Trinity Leadership Fellows Program accepts applications from a broad range of backgrounds, including ordained leaders and leaders in business and community who are people of faith from other religious traditions.

Expertise:

Individuals with a maximum of 15 years of effective professional experience who can demonstrate accomplishments in leadership roles will be given preference.

Language Ability:

A strong English proficiency is required for applicants to be considered for the Trinity Fellows Program.

Age Requirement Minimum:

The program requires applicants to be at least eighteen years old to be considered.

September 2025:

• Get together again to discuss implementation projects and to meet the upcoming cohort.

Also, September 2025–August 2026:

• Execute your projects with the assistance of mentors and peers.

September 2026:

• Induction into the Trinity Society of Fellows.

Requirements for applications:

• a bachelor’s degree
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or a comparable level of education.

Proficiency in Advanced English:

• Show that you can communicate and write in English with ease.

Personal attributes:

Demonstrate your faith, community service, aims that are clear, ability to establish relationships, experience leading a group, strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial attitude, long- and short-term vision, willingness to make sacrifices for goals, and capacity for collaborative work.
