Showcase Your Proficiency in the English Language:

Every applicant from any country, regardless of whether they come from an English-speaking nation or not, must provide their scores from one of the standardized tests listed below:

The minimum required score for the IELTS exam is 6.0 overall, with no individual subscore below 5.0.
The Duolingo English Test requires a minimum score of 95.
The minimum score required for the TOEFL iBT is 68.
TOEFL PBT (minimum score required: 520) [No longer accepted – consider deleting this]
The minimum combined score required for the SAT is 980. To apply to Berea College, utilize School Code 1060.
The minimum score required for the ACT is 19. Please utilize Berea’s School Code, which is 1492.

Regrettably, the TOEFL ITP is not deemed acceptable.

5. Form for Recommending Financial Resources

Someone with knowledge of your financial situation and personal history, such as a school administrator, employer, or religious leader, should fill out this form. This recommendation should be sourced from someone other than a close relative. The form must be written in the English language and can be submitted through an online platform.
