Eligibility Requirements:

Bachelor’s Program:

An overseas senior high school diploma, a foreign or bilingual school diploma from Taiwan, or an equivalent educational certificate, must be recognized by the Ministry of Education and certified by the Republic of China representative office.

Post-Baccalaureate Medical School:

A bachelor’s degree or higher from a university or independent college recognized by M.O.E. must be authenticated by an R.O.C. representative office. If the applicant has finished their studies as specified in Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, they must provide a certificate showing enrollment through the International Students Admission Channel in a bachelor’s degree program or higher.

Master’s Program:

A bachelor’s degree or higher from a university or authorized independent college must be authenticated by the R.O.C. representative office if it is equivalent to the required educational level. If the applicant has finished their studies as specified in Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, they need a certificate stating they are enrolled through the International Students Admission Channel in a bachelor’s degree program or higher.

Doctor of Philosophy Program:

A Master’s degree or higher from a university or approved independent college must be authenticated by the R.O.C. representative office. If the applicant has finished their studies as specified in Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, they need to provide a certificate showing enrollment through the International Students Admission Channel in a bachelor’s degree program or higher.
