Required Documents for Singapore Government Scholarships
Before applying, the following documents must be submitted. Please refrain from sending any physical documentation to the office of the Singapore Government Scholarship. All applicants must submit the required documentation online.
- Passport: A current photograph at passport size, saved in either .jpeg or .png format
- Applicants’ Transcripts & Reports: All transcripts must be translated into English.
- Applicants must provide their Bachelor’s and/or Master’s academic transcripts, which can be in the form of Bachelor’s degree certificates or scrolls. Alternatively, if the degree certificate or scroll has not yet been awarded, a letter of certification from the university regarding the candidate’s status can be submitted.
- Recommendation Letters: 2 Recommendation Reports (to be filled out and submitted electronically by the referees).

Singaporean universities require IELTS/TOEFL scores.
Singaporean colleges mandate the completion of English language assessments, such as the IELTS and TOEFL.
