- The applicant is required to provide study documents that have been provided by education institutions that are authorized or recognized in the country where they were issued.

- The applicant must have achieved satisfactory academic performance, with an average score of at least seven out of ten, based on the Romanian scoring system or the equivalent of a “Good” score.

Requirements for Romanian Government Scholarship Awards Documentation
To apply, individuals must register an account on the Study in Romania platform provide the necessary information, and upload the specified documents:
- Applicants must provide copies of their diplomas, such as the baccalaureate diploma or its equivalent, as well as any bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degrees if relevant. These diplomas should be translated into English, French, Spanish, or Romanian if necessary.
