The Romanian Government ARICE Scholarship 2024 is now accepting applications from overseas students who wish to pursue their studies at Romanian universities. The scholarship is fully financed and covers bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD degrees. The benefits of this opportunity include no initial expenses, a monthly allowance, complimentary housing, a Romanian language program, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and access to local transportation. Applicants who are nationals of countries outside of the European Union (EU) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) are eligible.
