  • EU/EEA Worker/Self-Employed: Engaging in activities protected by the Treaty in Malta and living there for a period of 5 years.
  • The individual has held the status of a long-term resident (SL217.05) for a period of 5 years as a third-country national.
  • Residence document for UK nationals and their families under the UK Withdrawal Agreement.

Requirements for Malta Government Arts Scholarship:

  • Obtaining Maltese citizenship or a permanent residence visa.
  • Extraordinary aptitude in theatre, music, dance, design, creative writing, film, visual arts, or any combination of these disciplines
