Study In Italy: DSU Tuscana Scholarships 2024-2025

This scholarship provides comprehensive financial assistance, encompassing complimentary meals, subsidized housing, and exemption from local taxes. It is open to Italian and international students who are enrolling in undergraduate programs at universities located in Tuscany, such as Florence, Pisa, and Siena.

The application period for most students is from July 17th to September 6th, 2024, and for doctorate candidates it is from September 25th to November 15th, 2024. Please make sure to submit your financial declaration no later than September 6th, 2024. Essential Information

The DSU Toscana scholarship is a financial award that is granted to recipients based on their financial circumstances and their status as residents, commuters, or out-of-town students (determined by their place of origin and the duration of travel required to reach the study location).

The call is endorsed by Giovanis, a project by the Tuscany Region that aims to promote the independence of young individuals. It is also co-funded by the Tuscany Regional Programme Fse+ 2021-2027.

Recipients of scholarships and those who meet the criteria but did not win are granted complimentary access to DSU Toscana’s catering services. Additionally, if they are not at their place of residence and have made a request, winners are provided with free accommodation (subject to availability), while eligible non-winners are offered accommodation for 250 euros per month. Both winning and eligible non-winning students are entitled to exemption from the regional tax for the privilege of pursuing a university education.

The DSU Tuscana Scholarships for the academic year 2024/2025 are now open for applications. These scholarships are specifically for students who wish to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programs at the University of Siena, University of Florence, and University of Pisa in Italy.

• Economic Conditions: To be eligible, you must meet certain economic conditions, as shown by the ISEE and ISPE.
• Achievement Requirements: Applicants must meet certain standards of achievement.
• Special Rules: Students with disabilities may be able to apply if they meet certain requirements, such as having a higher income limit and getting extra help, which could include specialized accommodations.

• Undergraduate, Master’s, and Single-Cycle Master’s Degrees: From 1:00 PM on July 17, 2024, to 1:00 PM on September 6, 2024.
• Doctoral and Specialization Courses: From September 25, 2024, to 1:00 PM on November 15, 2024.
• Applicants must have signed a Single Substitutive Declaration for subsidized benefits for the right to study by September 6, 2024.
