Advantages of the UMY University Scholarship for the year 2025:

• Financial Assistance: International undergraduate and post-graduate students will receive a complete exemption from tuition costs and a complimentary living allowance for a duration of one year.
• Continued support is contingent upon the student’s grade point average (GPA).
• Evaluation standards following the initial year:
• For the Undergraduate Program, if your GPA is equal to or greater than 3.00, you will continue to receive free tuition and living support. If your GPA is less than or equal to 2.75 but greater than 2.00, you will receive a 75% reduction on tuition fees. However, if your GPA falls below 2.75, your scholarship will be canceled.
• Masters and Doctoral Programs: For a GPA of 3.50 or more, students will receive continued free tuition and living support. For a GPA between 3.25 and 3.50, students will receive a 75% tuition fee discount. For a GPA between 3.00 and 3.25, students will receive a 50% tuition fee discount. Students with a GPA below 2.75 will have their scholarship revoked.
• The monthly living allowance for undergraduate students is IDR 1,850,000/-, for masters students it is IDR 2,350,000/-, and for doctoral students it is IDR 2,600,000/-.

• Undergraduate students must have a B1 CEFR level or its equivalent in IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, or TOEIC.
• Master’s and doctoral students must have a B2 CEFR level or its equivalent in IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, or TOEIC.
• Applicants from English-speaking nations or those who have previously completed a degree taught in English are eligible for an English proficiency waiver.

• Application form that has been finished or filled out.

• Documents required for application: – High School Certificate(s) – Academic Transcript(s) – Motivation Letter

• Translation of all texts into English or Indonesian
