GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA FOR ASSESSMENT:

Full-time scholarship students at Nanjing University must adhere to the institution’s laws and regulations, as well as the Codes for International Students at Nanjing University. The study, research, and thesis composition must be completed at the university. Long-distance education is prohibited, except during a pandemic.

Transferring schools is also prohibited. Primarily, students are prohibited from leaving school, visiting parents, consulting study materials, or participating in internships during the academic year, save during holidays. In the event of an emergency, students may exit the school with the authorization of their advisers and departments, as well as the consent of the Chinese Scholarship Council.

ENROLLMENT & REGISTRATION:

  • Upon receipt of the definitive list of grantees approved by the CSC, Nanjing University will notify the applicants through email and system messages, in addition to dispatching the admission documents to the new students.   • Per the regulations of the Chinese Scholarship Council, all scholarship recipients must participate in the annual review and evaluation of their scholarship eligibility. The examination and evaluation period occurs annually from March to May.
