• The nomination process entails that eligible applicants will be proposed by the Master’s programs at KU Leuven.

Selection Process

• After the application deadline of 15 January, the KU Leuven Master’s programs nominate qualified candidates who have shown their interest in the scholarship.
• The central KU Leuven Selection Commission nominates a maximum of 20 students for application at the Flemish level.
• Selected students will be notified of their preselection by 15 April 2025.
• The 20 nominated students finalize the Flemish government’s online Master Mind application form. They contend with candidates from other Flemish universities.

The Selection Commission of the Flemish government conducts the ultimate selection. The results are disclosed after May or the commencement of June.
